Fantastic device. just wish i didn’t have to download a driver package for mac to use it. prints with a decent quality and takes my 40x30 labels without issue.

Came quickly, amazing quality super easy to use and understand. Comes with 25 blank labels for those wondering, i went ahead and purchased more from another company but it does come with some!

I needed this printer to start up my personal business and finally start shipping. The product arrived three days early with complimentary usb, adapter, charging cables, and packing labels. They even printed out a factory testing label before shipping. I am very pleased with the service.

For all you us buyers! The printer took about 2 weeks to get here but once it did it connected perfectly. Instructions were very clear and good english. Did a test print and it was perfect. So far so good!

Works well, only issue i've had is that the provided driver for windows didnt work over bluetooth. After pairing with bluetooth, windows says that it doesnt have the required driver. Have not tested printing from windows over cable. The mobile app works just fine and has many features.

Works amazing prints fast

This is a decent printer, especially for the price. It's about half as expensive as competing printers, and those printers don't do anything fancy. It was difficult to set up - i installed the drivers, and then for some reason, it didn't print until i put it in a certain usb port. But now i've been able to plug it into any port and it works. I guess i didn't understand the dimensions - i thought 1.57" was the inner dimensions of sticker rolls it fits, but the rolls don't actually go inside the printer, just a strip of stickers and it pulls more off the roll/stack. So i bought 1" stickers and they don't fit, lol. However, you can still get them to print if you just use a repeating pattern that doesn't need to be centered. Thankfully, stickers/labels of the correct size print fairly centered. It prints quickly and clearly. Can't really complain.

The printer arrived in excellent condition, fully functional without any damage, prints with more than acceptable quality, 100% recommended. It's not too big but not too small either, the perfect size that doesn't take up much space. The box arrived a little crushed, but with the foam it came with, I think it's enough to prevent damage. The app is super easy and simple to use, even a beginner like me can manage it. Plus, I got it at a great bargain price of almost $26 with discounts.
